I design and moderate tailor-made whole-scale group events for all employees when entering the cloud transformation. This kick-off serves to clarify vision and goals and to involve employees in designing the way to reach them. In this event, they have the opportunity to clarify questions, express concerns and bring up topics that need to be considered in the further process.
