Agile coaches face the particular challenge of not only guiding a team in a specific framework (e.g. Scrum), but also of bringing in expertise in team dynamics and conflict resolution. As a certified coach (ICF), I support agile coaches to deal productively with diversity and conflicts, to become aware of their own strengths and weaknesses and to unfold their full potential in their role.
