The scoping of employees’ change readiness is often used before the strategic decision for the cloud transformation. I conduct individual interviews and moderate focus groups in order to identify attitudes (concerns, resistance, acceptance, motivation), strengths, special potential or problem areas at an early stage. The Cloud Readiness Check is completed with the Assessment Report and serves as a basis for the management to make further decisions and formulate objectives and strategies.
