An experienced coach will support an in-house team, approximately six people, to create a tailor-made Design Thinking solution to a specific organisational challenge.  The team should come from different areas of the organisation.  Customers and partners can be involved in the process, should this be desired. The result is a user-oriented and tested solution to specific organisational challenges. This hands-on and highly tailored approach can last anywhere from two days to several months depending on the challenge and organizational context.
