Compact development process to find solutions to specific organisational challenges or questions. An in-house team (approximately six people) runs through the six phases of Design Thinking in two days. Supported by an experienced coach the team observes and interviews users, creates new ideas and tests solutions through early prototypes. Customers and partners can be involved in the development process, if desired. This workshop can be offered at Impact Hub Vienna or in-house.
